Professional Master of Education (Art and Design) (Jointly offered with MTU-CCAD) (PME)

The Professional Master of Education (Art & Design) (Jointly offered with MTU-CCAD) at University College Cork is a two-year program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful art and design educators. This interdisciplinary program combines coursework from both UCC and Marymount University’s Center for Creative Arts & Design, providing students with a comprehensive education in the subject area. The curriculum covers topics such as visual arts history, studio practice, educational theory, pedagogy, educational technology, and more. In addition to the classroom experience, students will have access to numerous real-world learning opportunities through internships and other industry placements.
