Economics, Mathematics and Statistics BSc (Hons)

The four-year Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics at University College Dublin is an interdisciplinary program that combines the foundations of economics with a solid understanding of mathematics and statistics. It provides students with a comprehensive education in economic theory, macroeconomics, microeconomics, financial management, quantitative methods, statistical analysis, calculus and linear algebra. Students will also gain hands-on experience through laboratory work where they can apply their knowledge to solve real-world problems related to business optimization or forecasting models. Graduates from this program are well prepared for careers in finance, banking, consulting services or public administration.
