Music and Dance BA

The Bachelor of Arts program in Music and Dance at the University of Limerick is a comprehensive four-year program that combines the fundamentals of music theory and performance with an in-depth understanding of dance. The program features a dynamic curriculum that covers topics such as music composition, history, notation, and performance techniques; as well as traditional and contemporary dance forms from around the world. Students will also gain hands-on experience through laboratory work, where they can apply their knowledge to create musical compositions or choreograph dances for public performances. Graduates from this program will be well-equipped for careers in music or dance teaching, or performing arts management.
